I feel like I have neglected my blog! We have been so busy with revisions and TFW this summer plus our sales and oh did I mention we moved house… yes AGAIN. LOL. Now we are trying to settle in. I think we’ll be here a long while… maybe forever… we LOVE it.
It has been crazy hot here too in the dessert of Utah 
Imagine my delight when this box arrived right in the middle of the moving mayhem.
“What’s in it?!” They all shouted as I looked the box over and remembered placing an order with the fabulous Mama Mead. I just love her. She is a striving mama and a wonderful baker! Oh. my. goodness. WOW. I wanted a yummy treat for us while we were unpacking and they all started to cheer when I opened the box…
I had to make them savor it all. In fact, just the other day Erik and I polished off the last ginger cookie. So yummy!

The cookie have just the right texture. Insanely yummy.
