We started Three Fold Utah in September of 2011 as a way to bring Waldorf homeschooling to the Waldorf inspired families in Utah. Three Fold Utah has now become a larger group! We grew! Our group now has many families across the Salt Lake Valley.
I am Melisa Nielsen, co- owner of Waldorf Essentials and have been a Waldorf/Steiner parent for well over a decade. I have five children ages 16 years down to 2. I am married to Erik, we make a great team! We are committed to helping Utah families come to Waldorf, just as we have worked with others all over the world. I have been a part of Waldorf education for the past 12+ years and Erik has departed from his career path as a reporter and film maker to help me run our business, Waldorf Essentials, full time.
Melisa could not run Three Fold Utah alone! She has an awesome team working with her!
Debbie Hart is an awesome mom of six children, ages 14 down to 2. Debbie has so many talents, I so appreciate having her by my side!
Amber Hellewell is a wonderful mom of two little ones. She is studying to be a Lifeways teacher and runs a Waldorf inspired childcare from her home. This woman is a master organizer and a wonderful addition to our team!
Once a month we make an order for Waldorf school supplies and quarterly we make toy orders. Please contact us for details.

Winter Circle Time and Painting
Circle time and watercolor activities for the whole family. We will meet for circle time and then split up into sections for age appropriate activities. Please bring your own supplies and pack a lunch for your family.
Supplies needed: Stockmar watercolors: red, yellow, blue, paintbrush , watercolor paper, sponge, painting board (if you have it)

Come to Wasatch Commons for a gardening experience that the whole family will enjoy! We will begin our community plot that the children will be able to help tend all summer long!
