245. The Art Lesson in Your Waldorf Homeschooling
Melisa Nielsen at Waldorf Essentials focuses specifically on the art lesson to help you have confidence in your Waldorf homeschooling.
- The art lesson is not separate from the main lesson.
- Planning is key for your art lesson. You need to know ahead of time how those colors are going to move on the paper in your painting.
- Art work can double as great material for making homemade cards.
- Take the time to pre plan your art lessons and have your example ready to go before main lesson begins.
- When the lesson is complete, it's ok to let the child keep going with their art work if they are feeling inspired to.

Every child should have access to a whole education.
While we work hard to keep our virtual school tuition and curriculum prices affordable, there will always be families that desire this education but can not afford it. It is our deepest desire to help those families.
